The LIFE program offers a group fitness environment focused specifically on helping anyone to develop or maintain a healthy LIFEstyle. From beginners to experienced exercisers, Veer LIFE can be adapted to any skill level. Weekly programming will include functional bodyweight movements, circuit training, cardio and basic strength development techniques.
