Say hello to Jannette! Fitness first found her in high school when she played volleyball, soccer, and softball. She loves the camaraderie and responsibility that came with being on a team, and she loved having teammates that she could laugh with and cry with. Win or lose, she was never alone. CrossFit found Jannette 3.5 years ago, and the community reminded her of what it felt like to be apart of a team in school. Life can be really hard, but with CrossFit, she gets to choose her level of hard and grow through it- along with getting to watch and support others do the same thing. Jannette recently decided to obtain her CFL1 not only to become a better athlete, but also a better mentor. She loves all the fist bumps, hand claps, and sideline cheering as she gets to watch people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels surpass their goals. Some of her favorite movements are bar muscle ups and handstand walks. One of her goals currently is to learn to excel at handstand walks- 1. Because she think it’s just the coolest thing and 2. she loves a good challenge, and will try almost anything once. Outside of the gym you can catch Jannette hanging out with her pups, friends, and family. She enjoys reading, hiking, eating, writing, listening to music, and basically all the fun things in life.

Say hello to Josh Serdy! Josh started his CrossFit journey in early 2019 when he found Veer and quickly realized that this gym was a part of his fitness puzzle he’d been missing. Josh grew up an athlete playing baseball and basketball most of his life. He has also coached baseball at many different levels, from little league through varsity high school baseball and always tried to express the importance of fitness to the younger athletes he coached. Josh had tried a wide variety of training programs and methods over the years, and nothing was as effective at implementing all the methods of fitness into a program the way that CrossFit does… so after doing CrossFit for the past 5 years and loving every second he decided to get his CrossFit Level 1 certification in 2024. Josh is a native to AZ and works full time at AJI Sports, a gun shop owned by his family since 2000.
FUN FACT: When Josh isn’t working you can catch him hunting, fishing, or playing golf!

After going Veer and being apart of the community, she decided to get her L1 in 2023. She loves being a coach because she gets to help people reach their fitness goals and see them push themselves past what they thought was possible! Analeigh’s favorite things to do outside of the gym are anything outdoors, sunbathing, hiking, and reading books!

Having experienced her own autoimmune diagnoses and achieving remission, she is on a mission to guide others through a similar holistic approach. She is an Integrated Health Practitioner with certifications in CrossFit Level 1, Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Wellness Coaching.
